My name is Shawna and I am the owner of Chill and Flow Restorative Wellness.
As a Registered Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance and a registered mental health professional, I am committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for your wellness needs.
I am an adventurer by nature and a water enthusiast at heart! My personal time is spent mostly in or near the water enjoying an early sunrise paddle, or just a lazy beach day enjoying a little volleyball or just listening to the waves. When I get opportunities to travel, I head straight to the...you guessed it, the ocean! You will find me seeking out adventure and serenity beneath the waves as a PADI Certified Scuba Diver learning about our underwater animal and plant friends. On land, you will find me at the local Yoga studio bending and breathing through life, one yoga pose at a time.
Fun fact: I can hold a tree pose (Yoga Pose) longer than my morning coffee stays hot! The tree pose is my favorite because it enhances balance, strengthens the legs, and promotes a sense of grounding and focus.
