Chill and Flow Deep Stretch Yoga Class

New to Yoga? Struggling with motivation? This is a class for all bodies and I welcome all Yogis to the mat as we learn new poses and gain all the benefits of deep stretch Yoga. Great class to connect with others and I always encourage you bring a friend for free to your first class because sometimes things are just easier with a friend! This is a 60 minute class offering a safe space to explore the mind and body connection.
